Former Easter Seals Ambassador, Hannah MacLellan, being congratulated by, Paula Biggar, Minister of Transportation, Infrastructure, & Energy and the Leader of the Official Opposition, Jamie Fox, after her suggested Amendment to the Highway Traffic Act to increase Fines for people parking illegally in designated accessible parking spaces.
